Pros
As part of Zoetis, good benefits, schedule can be flexible, close to downtown Kalamazoo, co-workers were great. Co-workers appreciate each other.
Cons
As part of genetics, there is no advancement, science degrees are not valued, appreciation for employees is not shown, upper management does not collaborate with employees to implement new ideas/techniques. Frequent favoritism is shown. Some employees were given promotions, while others needed to ask for a promotion, and had to continuously follow up to receive the promotion. One employee actually wrote their own recommendation for their promotion, which should have been done by their boss. No growth. Current employees were not considered for an open manager position.
