      Pros

      Innovation is encouraged. Work and life balance is generally good. Goal-oriented company that keeps the big picture in mind. As long as market is stable, they will keep you on staff for years.

      Cons

      There is not a lot of transparency from upper-management. It seems to be hard to get promotions when they are applicable to the individual. Sometimes there is too much red-tape to get your job down efficiently.
