Pros

- Offers opportunity for growth and promotions - Offers remote jobs - Pay is ok, and incentives are included - They take care of their employees - Unlimited PTO and includes benefits - Leadership in this company is interactive with all employees and often generate surveys to ensure employees have the opportunity to share opinions on values, workflow, work-life balance, and other aspects - This company is working to ensure that what we offer as services and products is 100% accurate - Growing Company! - Positive employee engagement & strategies

Cons

- Layoffs have taken place in the past couple of years - Pay could be higher. In comparison to this same position at other competitor companies, the pay isn't that high - The organization is a work in progress, but they are working on getting things organized so that we can reach our highest potential - A lot of changes due to the company's improvement and growth demand the ability to be flexible and adaptable

Pros

Not a lot, work from home is probably it.

Cons

I wouldn't consider this company conducive to a positive career move, The company has gone through an acquisition, they've laid off roughly half the company, moral is extremely low, and Leadership wants to milk their employees and squeeze as much as they can get out of them, otherwise they consider you "not shifting to a new gear." The product/industry has probably hit it's peak margins so the company is/has/will flounder. The benefits and salary are far lower than other competitive software companies, especially in the Seattle area. You get your standard health, life, insurance and 401k, 2 weeks and holidays for vacation. Basically the bare minimum. The culture and leadership is not exciting, and they don't foster self-ownership or create moral - there's a lot of micromanagement in the company and they basically want everyone to be "yes-men."

Pros

Both the old and new environments focus on the customer's success with the solution.

Cons

The last 18 months have been a lot of changes. Change creates insecurity, and that is difficult for some people to digest.
