      Cons

      Micromanaging and festival of manager's stupidity. Overhired staff , wrongly analyzed the market potential. Completely failed to predict the market resources and no one is making money.

      Pros

      The team I was with was always willing to assist and answer questions. My manager was very supportive to any problems or issues that arose as well as did their best to help with intended career progression and direction.

      Cons

      Chat support expectations were difficult to handle with multiple chats at the same time, sometimes with completely different system or feature issues, and keeping response with the chat user. Also, at T1, the overall metrics were more based on quantity than quality and the technical support role had more customer service type of metrics than technical support metrics.
