      Great Coworkers - Unstable Compnay

      Pros

      You will work with some of the best people in the trade.

      Cons

      Constant change - expect whiplash. Patients do not come first in the eyes of the company though they will tell you that "Sarah" (our generic patient) comes first. Micromanaging and revenue/visit goals that are often unreasonable or unachievable because we actually have not that much control over how many patients walk through the door. Difficult for patients to contact providers or even billing staff.

      Pros

      ZOOM+ was very successful at recruiting talented, passionate people who worked hard and worked well together. The team believed in the mission of the company and went the extra mile to keep things moving forward.

      Cons

      The leadership started with a great idea which truly changed the world of healthcare. However, rather than stepping back and hiring a talented executive team to lead the growing company; progress was hindered by lack of clarity, changing priorities and micromanagement. Breaking the mold by focusing on quick appointments, easily scheduled on your phone or computer and free online chat grabs headlines, but a company that then complains that their tech team is too expensive and doesn't want to continue to invest in it can't possibly hope to support the infrastructure they have built.

      Pros

      Some of the employees really want to make a difference.

      Cons

      Owner and other higher Managers yell at employees. They say the culture is good however, it is toxic. They could use Management classes. They pay the wrong employees large amounts of money and the ones doing the real work get paid peanuts with no help.
