Pros

The front line providers and ZA's are truly amazing. They are what make this business even though the are not valued.

Cons

The list goes on and on and on: Lie, steal, lie some more, criticize (not a substitute for candor), arrogant, too focused on profit. More interested in DESIGN AND PROFIT and have forgotten the HEALTH CARE! Future applicants: Highly recommend stopping by multiple sites to talk to the people on the front line. This is where you will find out the truth. People stay ONLY for the schedule.

Pros

A great business model run by a poor team.

Cons

Run by some real wackos, placing money over people.

Pros

The location was great for me as it was easy to get to from the bus, and close to a workout studio that I loved. The HR generalist was incredibly supportive. Supportive colleagues.

Cons

The billing team is a small team whose morale was obviously shattered, and it didn't improve during my tenure. There is little to no mobility within the team, and very few other roles in which to move at HQ. Compensation was very poor, especially since there was almost no possibility to move up, much less laterally. There was little inter-team communication; most people were plugged into their phones, listening to music the whole time, so it felt very isolating to me. Primary con: no possibility for real promotion or hope to use a diversity of skills. Poor morale.
