Healthcare is always changing but ZoomCare maintains a patient first culture when changes happen. As with all Healthcare it can be stressful but as a provider I can walk out of the clinic at the end of my shift. I don't and I am not expected to take my charting home with me. Management listens and reacts and I feel supported

Cons

Our EMR is homemade so it can be limited. I am told we are getting a new EMR in a few months and that will be a huge plus.

Too many responsibilities for the pay offer. They don’t hire nurses they just trained clinic associates a nurses job to save money.

Your needs are harder to meet because supervisors are overwhelmed all the tine due to turnover rate. That's the manager's fault though. They're stingy on paying more even when you work hard and do great work, or work there for a long time. Felt like I had to force them to do anything different. For instance letting me work from home was a huge issue (but was why I wanted this career in the first place so that was silly).
