Cons

Poor upper level management, they don't seem to understand or care about the worker bee daily hurdles. Always regurgitate " review the playbook" without answering any specific question. I do like the CEO and have hope.

Pros

Working remote Company is changing and listening Compassionate HR Director New CEO who seems to know how to create positive change and listen to clinic staff I appreciate the vaccination requirements to keep everyone safe

Cons

I have only been with ZoomCare for a short time and it sounds like there is a lot negativity from former leaders that new leader ship will have to confront and fix. The good news is, it seems like they are committed to doing that.

Good peer coworkers, supportive team members. got vaccinated early.

Cons

Supervisors ask for feedback and nothing changes. Employees deserve higher wages, the turnover rate is understandably high. Bad job for mental health.
