Good hours, Nice and helpful zoom associates, Able to work independently with one provider in most practices, a lot of hands on opportunity.

Cons

Management at the time was horrendous, but now it is being rebuilt with Peacehealth which is much better. Previous zoom managers were non-working medical health associates that were making terrible decisions, had attitude and favorites that drove providers and zoom associates away. Every since peacehealth took over, many of these issues have been resolved or trying to be resolved.
