Pros

Great coworkers, health insurance benefits, good schedule

Cons

Not a lot of growth opportunities within company. Amount of work expected is high compared to compensation. Business takes priority over employees. Only yearly merit raises with small compensation increases. <$1. Senior Leadership is stuck in old ways that hold back the company from being better. E.g. profits over people (both employees and patients). Very hierarchical but claims not to be. This role is viewed as easy to replace.

Pros

Work 3 long days + a half day means 3.5 days off per week Insurance benefits are decent Coworkers are all hardworking and awesome people See a wide range of patient concerns

Cons

Communication between management and clinic staff regarding changes to clinics during growth of company needs improvement Does not provider sick time, only PTO Portland-based company, so pay is appropriate for them however Cost-of-Living difference for Seattle employees means huge difference in how that compensation feels for everyday living since rate of pay is the same between cities/states Severely understaffed consistently throughout the year, so opening even more new clinics because of company growth goals does not make a ton of sense to most current staff since the company can't even keep current staff around (especially in Seattle due to being underpaid for the work that we do) meaning current staff feel obligated to take on extra shifts just to keep clinics open.

Thank you for your feedback. Our schedule is ideal for many employees who are seeking work/life balance. We continue to review our benefits and align them with the markets. We are also aggressively hiring in the Seattle market and look forward to having additional staffing to lesson the burden on current staff. Pros

Working in clinic you are autonomous 99% of your days. Very little oversight, good teams, unique format.

Cons

Technology platform is patient centric, but the provider side is only adequate, not innovative. Very few promotion possibilities due to format of management. No leadership rolls for providers.
