Hi, thanks for taking the time to leave feedback. Our Winter Donation Drive is incredibly important to our culture, and to our CEO personally, so I wanted to take a minute to address your comments. I think it's possible you misunderstood Henry’s message; our CEO and his family match the funds we raise during the drive, so of course he wants to see our employees give as generously as possible because it increases the amount he donates! I also want to underscore that we don’t expect our employees to only dig into their own pockets. As you might have seen, our team comes up with super fun and creative ways to fundraise every year, including selling custom dog bandanas and homemade salsa. At ZoomInfo we always say we do well AND we do good. Giving back to the communities we live and work in is part of our DNA, and has been since day one. I hope you were able to experience the spirit of the Drive. With respect to your second comment, we actually have a fairly sizable percentage of permanently remote employees (in addition to the fact that about 90% of our workforce is still working fully remote due to the pandemic). This working arrangement can be granted based on the role and the team, among other factors; however, it’s untrue to state that we refuse to allow new employees to work from home – it just depends on the situation. Finally, we do recommend that employees keep personal information confidential. We consider personal information to include compensation, health information and PMI, social security number, passwords, etc. This is simply a best practice to protect you.
