We take your concerns about turnover rate, compensation, and the lead routing system seriously. We are continuously evaluating our processes to ensure they promote collaboration and success and in fact we are restructuring the New Business Sales Team so that every rep is focused on a specific segment. We expect this to drive improvement in win rates, ASP increases in up-market segments, better retention downmarket, improved enablement, and more role specialization. Regarding compensation, we apologize if there was any miscommunication during the recruitment process. We strive to provide accurate information to all candidates. As you know a seller's OTE reflects your total POSSIBLE commission plus your base salary pay so at the time of your conversation with your Recruiter that may have been the case.
