Pros

Good pay, flexible with remote work, new products are fun to work on and after a few tough years from some bad leaders we have a group of great ones. Fast promotions and the benefits are better than most companies. Not much fluffy nonsense and forced socialization and fake comraderie like I have experienced before. The HR team here is actually good! A first for me

Cons

RSU grant’s could be given more frequently considering the decline in the stock price. Way too many internal meetings.

Pros

N.A. - Look Elsewhere, not even a good stepping stone

Cons

Very top-down heavy with management. Bloated from VPs to Directors to Managers, which leads to a lack of alignment that is noticeable even to customers and reflected in the stock price. There is no unified direction to work toward and a lack of product voice on all fronts. Politics and favoritism are heavily practiced. When teams are not performing due to a lack of guidance and product direction, certain engineers are promoted and turned into one-man teams to get the actual work done. Yearly reorganizations will leave you back at square one with any small progress you made during the year, if they don’t result in quiet firing. Do not expect much from your manager or career growth—reviews are only used to build a file to determine whether you will be shuffled or turned into a one-man team. Certainly, do not expect promotions in title, salary, or bonus. 2025 is going to continue to be hard for ZoomInfo. The stock is already at all-time lows, and they are behind in the market on product and internally behind in building an engineering team with the talent to compete.

Pros

Developers and Engineers are some of the best in the world, and are extremely friendly towards your goals and the company's goals in general.

Cons

Management and Leaders do not understand the intricacies and the big picture view of the products inside ZoomInfo and disregard views from Engineers and Developers (who have customer interactions as well) to better develop the products. Instead they destroy the product altogether by going in directions unsuitable and unsustainable for the product by destroying its true identity.
