Pros

ZoomInfo is the best GTM tool in the world. Any smart company knows that. Reputation good but that’s slowly starting to change.

Cons

Inbound leads are terrible. Hired a bunch of new account executives when there aren’t many great fit companies to prospect. Management is telling us to self source when new hires are getting all the inbounds. This will make account executives prospect crappy fits that will have terrible payment terms which will lead to them not renewing.

Pros

Pay is decent at entry level positions. Promote internally often, but you'll only make it to a certain point before you'll really have to grind & bend over backwards for more. Benefits, all good & dandy. They're generous with PTO/Sick time. You'll meet some nice folks.

Cons

Sales-bro culture rules the roost. The CEO comes from a sales background, and it's all you'll hear about. (Money, money, money. More, more, more). It's really over the top at times and a huge turn-off. (Ie. The CEO sending out an email to the whole company saying "If you're here just to collect a paycheck, get out"). Disgusting. They're a public company, so stock options are a thing, but the way they dish them out to lower level staff feels a bit like indentured servitude. My last 2 years at the company, I didn't receive a proper raise due to inflation. However, I did receive RSUs that would vest over the next 3+ years. It left me in a position where I could either ride out my work-place depression & cash out in a few years, have enough to throw a downpayment for a home, or put my mental health first & just leave. Asked for a raise several times due to increasing work responsibilities, was told the time to ask for raises would be later in the year. When I followed up later at that time, I was told "Oh, the time to get that was back a few months ago when we last talked". The big dogs make way too much salary, and get rewarded big stock chunks, while lower level employees get pennies & RSUs if they just cling on a while longer.

Pros

Great pay , interesting work

Cons

You will work more than 40 hours a week on a continual basis . Come in high because you will receive subpar raises after that. Most folks don’t stay for the entire vesting of the rsu’s just not worth the culture and what you have to put up with
