The reality is that success in this position is volume-driven. Some people exceed their quotas without much oversight; others need more time, coaching, and support. Work you like a dog Management is spread too thin over teams Training is trash i've never been at an org that does not do call reviews or talk track training. They have all the tools to do so but training and helping SDR's managers rarely do seek help from other SDR's
