      Pros

      ZoomInfo provides ample opportunities for their employees to grow and learn. They supply a world class tech stack and learning enablement team to continue to grow on a daily basis and get 1% better every day. I came straight from college and have been able to learn so much about myself personally and professionally in my time here. There is always someone to learn from and ask questions to and someone is always willing to help you. There are always new opportunities to seek and positions to fill as we keep acquiring companies and growing from within. Great company to develop a career with.

      Cons

      Sometimes it feels like you are a small fish in a big pond but it's all about utilizing your resources here to speak up and stick up for what you need and want from ZoomInfo. Also, sometimes it is hard to find a work life balance as it is easy to get sucked into daily events.

      ZoomInfo is rapidly growing. It's making multiple new acquisitions a year, to further a vision of its eventual capabilities. Individual successes are called out by the CEO.

      Cons

      Being part of a recent acquisition, I haven't been around long enough to see any cons.
