While some roles may seem straightforward on the surface, they often require precision, speed, and an understanding of complex systems to drive real impact at scale. On collaboration...cross-regional alignment is a priority, and while we won’t always get it perfect, teams are encouraged and rewarded to communicate openly and operate with mutual respect. As for org changes, these decisions are made thoughtfully based on business needs, and always with long-term growth in mind.
