In a product-based environment, there could be more flexibility to recognize individual performance and fast-track growth based on impact and capability.

Pros

- very good work-life balance - management is actually very supportive and present, not just a shadow figure you never interact with - good pay - good job opportunities - good people

Cons

- current low stock price causes upper management to push what feels like random panic decisions in an attempt to boost the stock or save money. - office politics much more prevelent than israeli companies. - working hours often peak at the evening and can sometimes drag to late at night due to most of the company being stationed in the US/canada. - AI, AI and more AI, even when it doesn't make sense.
