Flexible work environment, start-up mentality though the Lake Mary office has been around for some time. Extremely team collaborative and fast paced. Leading class solutions which makes the products an easy sell.

Cons

The company has experienced much change in the last few years and are continuing to work out higher level kinks like process and strategy across the enterprise. It's a very fast paced environment and this can, at times, appear to be disorganized, especially if there's lack of leadership or direction.
