Pros

A progressive, ambitious company with a clear vision of the future and who invest in their staff. They have a number of offices across North and South America, in the UK and in Australia and have been growing fast for the 5 years I've worked here. Pay and benefits are market leading and every member of staff gets share options every year. Many staff members also work from home st least part of the time.

Cons

There is a high standard expected from all staff by all staff which isn't for everyone. Only a small % of applicants get hired and the firm is generally good at picking people that will be successful but sometimes it doesn't work out.
