We are so sorry to hear that your time spent with us was not a positive one, as it is always our goal to provide a work environment where our employees can thrive both personally and professionally. We take this feedback very seriously, and while it hurts to hear, acknowledge that we certainly have room for improvement.
In terms of health care, it’s unfortunate that you weren’t able to get what you were needing out of your plan. We do our best to ensure that our employee’s health and wellbeing is at the forefront, and even offer services through our insurance brokers to help employees better understand and utilize their benefits to the max. We’ve found that they typically can help our employees navigate any issues they come across, and wish we could have had the opportunity to help you overcome any challenges you faced.
