Pros

A very friendly atmosphere around, we work like a big family. The company values their staff and the salaries are above the market average. Career progression is guaranteed when you show enthusiasm on your projects. The company encourages its staff on personal development and invests handsomely on training.

Cons

Sometimes the decision making takes longer on projects but I guess its due to taking multiple factors into consideration to avoid failures.
