I've been working for Accesso for the past 1year and 2months and so far I have absolutely nothing to complain about! The Dev / QA and Management team which I have the pleasure to work with are absolutly rocks! Good communication, nice environment, good person-like. There's also room for personal improvements.

CEO and CFO are strong and are taking the business in a good direction. The culture is great whereby senior leaders really care about staff wellbeing and take a genuine interest in developing staff on important topics such as diversity and emphatic leadership. Staff are rewarded and recognised for their efforts in bonuses and praise. Pay levels are carefully managed to ensure market rate or beyond with an excellent range of benefits. The company operates in a broad range of interesting sectors and jurisdictions which makes for no two days that are the same.
