Fun work, I like the CEO and management. Seems like they're trying hard to address things like tech debt and becoming more modern.

Cons

Pretty volatile. Lots of layoffs and major strategy changes that happen overnight (although this isn't necessarily a bad thing, usually it's for the best). Also the pay/raises could be a bit higher.
