Pros

I’m not thankful for ICE. I agree with some reviews on here...yes it's a nice building with services located in the building....but who cares. Only pro is you get a pay check.

Cons

The worst company ever. Do yourself a favor and don't apply. I can't believe they are still in business with their lack of professionalism, integrity and ethics. And if you do apply and get a call from a so-called ICE Recruiter, they may be very thankful, but good luck with trying to contact them again. Poor follow-up to potential employees. Do they really think that not following up is professional? Do they really think that potential employees won't think bad about a company that does this? ICE lacks integrity and ethics. Do your research on this company, you will thank me, learn from my big mistake. I'm not even going to list this job on my resume. I would rather say that I was unemployed then list this disgrace of a company on my resume.

Pros

Worst leadership ever.. They are all corrupt and unethical. The break state and federal laws and play catch up. They give you time off but you don't get to use it. The breach contracts and lie to clients and customers and don't live by their core values. If I wanted to go to hell I would continue to be apart of this leadership team.

Cons

In addition they treat their employees worse and talk about them lie they are number or animals. Leadership has no respect for them. They built a beautiful building to mask their sins. They don't pay their people what they owe I have seen it first hand as an executive. They have tried to get me to lie to clients and legal is allowed to break laws until they get it fixed.

Pros

There is a lot of money to be made in sales at this company and most of their positions are less than 40 hours a week. They offer a ton of "extra's" including, dry cleaning, on-site- cafe, massage and nails girls on-site, and a concierge desk that you are able to utilize and payroll deduct. Management and supervisors are amazing and suportive with monthly coachings to help you.

Cons

I feel like they only teach you what you absolutley need to know- everything else you learn on the floor. I like to have a more extensive background on what I am selling, so that was hard for me. Also- when I was originally hired- they give you unrealistic numbers for your typical employee- not everyone on the floor is taking home 6 figures, but some definitly are. They make it seem like it's not hard to do.
