1. High turn over engineers. The majority of engineers if not all that started with b.well have left the company, the ones that are there are just getting paycheck while they can. 2. Zero career path or growth for engineers 3. Zero architecture talent 4. Off shore contractors on the driving seat of all code base. US based engineers taking a back seat and mostly just chilling. 5. Zero unit tests or integration tests coverage. 6. Zero CICD. 7. They do not know FHIR despite claiming to be FHIR-led company
