Pros

- Company feels like family - Flexible time off - Very laid-back atmosphere - Oftentimes companies struggle to find motivated workers but mostly all of the employees have a very motivated workforce with a passion and joy for growing b.well - Rapidly growing and changing - Some very inspirational and uplifting leaders

Cons

Overall, I don't believe our company has any cons because we're finding our identity, rapidly growing, and bringing in instrumental talent - I'd expect our team to transition into a smoother road into 2022 and beyond but come 2022 I would have a follow up here if our company was still experiencing early growing pains.

b.Well is doing something pretty wonderful - centralizing health care information and engendering better health practices for clients of its app. The people are sharp, driven, and creative and all strive for a cohesive culture.

Cons

Priority changes, lack of product support, reservations in adopting new development patterns.
