Pros

Company is pushing the limits in terms of empowering consumers to take control of their own health. It's growing quickly with lots of opportunities to add value to the organization. One of the few companies I've worked where it actually feels that you're making a difference to people's lives with the work you're doing.

Cons

The scope of the product is quite large. Given the complexity of the products they're looking to solve and their size it can feel like you're constantly being bounced around between various priorities of the company.
