No Business outlook and toxic work culture

Pros

They attract good talent. Retention is another story. Frequent job openings is because of employee turnover and they are always hiring. Organization website talking about the mission and values.

Cons

Absolutely no strategy and focus. They are all over the place. Can't decide if they are product or services company. Except a few favored employees, there is no growth mindset. Senior management is always trying to prove they are the smartest.

Terrible Leadership.

Pros

Friendly and intelligent staff. Good PTO and Health Insurance. This company would be 4/5 if not for the issues with a couple specific members of senior leadership addressed in the cons section.

Cons

High stress environment for technical teams, driven by the horrendous decisions of senior leadership. Many senior leaders have outdated technical knowledge, a lack of understanding of the current healthcare tech space, and do not understand current healthcare data standards. I loved this company a when I started and enjoyed my day-to-day work but I cannot deal with the stress of never-ending requirement changes and crunch time. My health has started to suffer badly from the stress and I've got to get out so I've been looking elsewhere.
