Pros

Valuable experience seeing how a startup grows

Cons

There is no business strategy - it was just chasing revenue. This led to highly customized products which doesn't create efficiency or scalability. Very chaotic. Lots of favoritism on the part of CEO towards friends and colleagues from former jobs.

Pros

Paycheck cleared twice a month.

Cons

Dysfunction is everywhere with high expectations and low employee well being. I advise against considering this company as a potential workplace. The frequent job postings are a result of the high turnover due to dissatisfaction with the company culture.

Industry leading mission driven company with a talented and hard working team. Great work from home flexible culture with strong health insurance benefits. Who wouldn't want to work with great people and have a chance to disrupt the healthcare industry?

Cons

Like many companies at a similar stage, a 401k match is not currently offered.
