Pros

There is really great team and management in this particular department of the company. You have bigger freedom when working on assignments and responsibility than for example at customer services and everybody is trying to help each other as much as they can. Most managers are incredibly helpful and everybody is trying to work towards a common goal. It was pleasure to be part of this team in the past.

Cons

It can get bit stressful with big projects like in every job, some tasks are quite routine on the contrary, you have to do certain tasks every day which might get quite boring, but great team athosphere makes up for it.

Pros

The wages are up there with the very highest in the industry and they go much further within the local area as Stoke is a very cheap place to rent and buy.

Cons

The company treats individuals as objects. There is a real lack of trust all the way up to Middle Management within the the company with only a very select few able to really make simple decisions. Whilst the pay is good the bonus structure is very rigid outside of Trading with a flat rate given to operational staff. The incentive to work hard is taken away and you notice that people that have been with the company for a while tend to do what they have to do rather than what they need to do to kick the company on.

Pros

The only pro I can think of that one could enjoy working at Bet365 is that for two weeks of the month you get to work late shifts which pay 1.5x your hourly rate (Around £7.60 during probation and £8.50 once probation is completed).

Cons

- The entire environment is profit driven rather than customer focussed - You're discouraged from building any rapport with customers - Every contact you have with a customer has to be completely formal (e.g. You address customers by their title and last name, you can't use terms like "you're", "you'll" etc, you have to type "you are" or "you will"). - Working as an advisor, you're completely untrusted and that's made completely clear to you by the way you're treated in regards to access you have to information.
