Amazing collaborative culture. Quite an eye-opener from siloed cultures at tech firms. Everyone is largely friendly and helpful. Awesome place to grow and learn from world class talent.

- everyone takes what they do seriously but not themselves too seriously - rocketship growth - clear successful market-disrupting strategy, relatively small company that's a serious thorn in the side of the tech giants, taking business off them every week. - a family feel, we're all in this together - a lot of interesting (even slightly eccentric) colleagues, who customers love to deal with compared to the other boring vendor technologies they buy - zero BS internally and externally

- we're lean (by choice) so very busy... so sometimes the business is reactive and not as strategic as it could be
