1) Excellent place to start the career with good package, 2) Good infrastructure, hospitality, and supportive HR dept, 3) Nice and peaceful working environment and flexible timing, 4) Good opportunity to learn, experiment, and become an expert, 5) Comfortable place to work with different teams.

Cons

1) Should increase the workplace standard (communication), 2) Lack of training programs for experienced persons (personality development, or business communication development). 3) More corporate entertainment and non-technical activities to be encouraged,

Pros

Flexible timings but you should work for 8 hours excluding lunch timings

Cons

As your experience grows you'll be asked to both manage a team and be a rigorous developer. They might be thinking that as we grow older the no. of brains and no. of hands increase, also the no. of hours in a day. Work Life Balance inversely proportional to salary. Work Life Balance directly proportional to scoldings from TL. Limited fun. If you take leave and go to your native then you are excused but if you are sick and you take leave then you'll be de-promoted when you return.
