A great place to learn and work for people who like to work a lot and have less expectations.
Pros
-> An amazing place indeed to learn new technology. -> Great team to work with. -> Leads give you a lot of time to learn and study if you are working on a new technology which is a great plus for people who love to learn -> Absolute liberty in job timings. -> free food ( Lunch ) -> Benevolent people around you including the heads of the company. They are polite and pleasant.
Cons
-> Very less pay. For a fresher the hike cycle is messed up, you dont get the hike in the first year. -> A little bit of office politics but that's natural i guess. There are a few leads and managers who hold wrong judgements or certain cognitive biases against you, in that case it might turn out to be unhealthy for you. -> Management expects you to shed blood, sweat and tears while you get paid less for what you are supposed to work for. -> Absolutely no subject matter experts especially in Computer Vision and AI, So no proper planning in research. -> Research deliveries are not properly planned by certain leads and it tends to create a trickle effect and finally the entry level engineer is blamed upon. -> Lot of micro management from certain immediate leads, but when you tell them they tend to blame it back on you. -> Excessive unwanted meetings which mostly tends to lead nowhere. -> Even though its not explicit, you are expected to spend a lot of time in the office and the work-life balance is really bad.
