Thanks for the feedback. I am surprised by the “lack of tech” in your CONs feedback. The fact is that we are working on cutting/bleeding-edge tech in most areas and there are huge tech challenges that our team solves day in and day out. That's the most interesting part of most employees' experience here. I am not sure what made you feel like this, which is a definite cause of concern for us and something we should work on. If I knew the specifics, we would be able to handle this better. We would diligently work on finding what made you feel like this and see how we can improve on that.

Thanks for the feedback. While I would not claim we are the top payer, we try hard to meet industry standards on pay and have regular reviews of our payscale in comparison with the industry. Will continue to do it with vigor.
