Great companies need great vision and great leadership to set the tone from the top. Intellis has both. They have a way of making employees feel welcomed and valued that goes above and beyond. Promoting from within isn't just a buzz phrase, they actually mean it and do it. Best of all, there is high quality coding guidance consistently available in a very timely manner. Anyone who has coded for a company where questions regularly go unanswered for days or weeks can appreciate how valuable that is. For a company whose employees work remotely, I have never felt such a high level of support, care, respect, and positivity--far better than most office environments!

I have not experienced anything I would consider a negative. I truly cannot say enough good things about this company!
