Pros

Management cares about the employees. They support you and help you to continue to grow in your career. They offer education and opportunities to challenge yourself. Even though we work remotely it’s easy to build friendships with your colleagues and work together as a team. Benefits are great especially 401k plan.

Cons

6 holidays a year… wish they offered more holidays or additional 2 days a year as floating holidays.

You’ll hear from no one if you’re doing a decent job.

Response from CEO: I appreciate your feedback regarding the lack of communication you received. Your insights are crucial in helping us identify and address areas for improvement. Recognition is an area that’s very important to me and I believe we can do better. We are aware of the growing demands our managers face to balance time with our team and our customers – it’s not easy-, and we acknowledge the importance of effective communication throughout our organization. We are consistently evaluating and providing additional resources, development and support to our team members including reviewing staffing, workload distribution and implementation of tools and processes to enhance communication. Once again thank you for your valuable feedback, and I look forward to growing with you! Yours, Matt Zubiller, CEO

Overhire to fire!

Pros

The only pro is remote work.

Cons

They hire in bulk about 50 people only to let go of half 1-2 weeks later after the fake verbal guarantee of at least a 90 day assignment with a promising future for more. Very unorganized, training 50 people at once, systems didn't work, couldn't get access for all programs, a little over minimum wage pay, unrealistic production deadline.

Response from CEO: Your perspective is very important to us, and I am committed to addressing your concerns. I understand that hiring in large numbers can raise questions and challenges. While rare, when this happens, our decision to do so is driven by our desire to meet our clients’ needs and respond to market demands effectively. However, I can recognize that this approach can be a challenge for some of our team members at times. We are actively reviewing our hiring strategies and our aim is to strike a balance that aligns with both our growth objectives along with the well-being and integration of existing team members. Once again, thank you for sharing your voice. Yours, Matt Zubiller, CEO
