A positive and supportive environment

Pros

This is going to sound like an advertisement, but I promise I am a real live employee of Intellis! I just wanted to share my current experience here. Intellis leadership works hard to maintain a positive and supportive work environment. They offer a flexible, remote work environment for employees with quality product for customers. I left a large hospital system to come to Intellis because I value their philosophy and really wanted to be part of their quality and education focused team. It's been a breath of fresh air.

Cons

Some people may not be comfortable in a remote work environment. But Intellis has many avenues for communication and support, so it really isn't as isolating as you might think. But you do have to be independent and manage your workday.
