      Pros

      Having a leadership team that not only cares, but invests their time in you as a person, not just an employee. Knowing your opinion counts, from minor to major events. Nobody in this company ever feels that they are above another... It truly does feel like a family business!

      Cons

      The only con I can come up with is that as a team, we are all so invested in the success of this company, we may be in the office a little more than our loved ones want, but they also realize that it is for all of our best.

      Pros

      Amazing company with great leadership who supports the teams success and professional growth. All while standing by it's core values by doing whats right for the client. A place where hard work is rewarded.

      Cons

      If work ethic and being self driven are not your strong points this probably wont be the best fit for you.

      Great Place to Express Yourself

      Pros

      TAG is an environment which rewards quick entrepreneurial thinkers. It is a fun place to work in and the team is really fun to be around, and is a great place to be able to express yourself.

      Cons

      People who are used to large organizations where you are given a formal document on your first day and you have a 'defined job' will feel like this is not the place for them.
