      Pros

      Great hours, good pay and excellent benefits. Fun company. Great and extremely fair incentives. Bonus's that are attainable. Of course hard work pays off as in any job.

      Cons

      No Coke Zero in the fridge. (joke)

      Pros

      I have been with this company for quite some time and can honestly say I Love TAG Employer Services. The owner really cares about his employees and puts this above everything else. Managers are supportive of staff and do everything they can to train and promote growth within the company. TAG has grown leaps and bounds over the years and the owner makes sure that he thanks the staff on a regular basis for contributing to that growth. I have never felt more valuable to a company and to get that recognition from the top is even better.

      Cons

      The work environment can be chaotic at times but everyone pitches in to get the job done.

      Pros

      Love working for Tag! Its a great company with a simple vision "work hard, play hard." Co-workers are friendly and approachable. Our opinions matter and count. No micromanaging- a huge plus. Free coffee, bottled water, soda in the lunch room. Lunch paid by the company a few times in a month. Generous in compensation, benefits, matching 401K, PTO accrual is above industry standards. Decisions and projects metabolize quickly. The company does truly care about their employees.

      None that I can think of at this time.
