      Pros

      Your opinion always counts and everyone is treated like a family member here. I greatly trust, respect and appreciate the CEO and management team, as they are always ethical and generous. I've never been happier in my sales role at any other position. The training is great and the environment fun yet productive. I believe in this organization and the quality of the people there. I feel extremely lucky to be a part of the TAG team.

      I honestly don't have any complaints at this time.

      Pros

      Wear whatever you want to work. And you can take personal phone calls as needed while working. Also, pay wasn't bad.

      Cons

      Cold calling up to 250 small businesses(5-50 employees) to pitch them a service they probably don't really need.

      We like to think of it less as chaos and more like the Rolling Stones' Altamont concert (look up your history kids). Ya, someone may get stabbed by the Hell's Angels but the music is really good. Our average employee has been here for 8 years so they must like the craziness too.
