      Pros

      The people and team are amazing, knowledgeable, and very smart. Be prepared to work hard, be flexible and adaptable to new procedures and updates that are rolled out, and learn fast. Ebay is the first company I feel comfortable with, and as much as the work can be intense and very fast-paced some days, I truly enjoy the people and the environment I work in. I wouldn't trade it for any other position.

      Cons

      can be fast-paced, if you're not ready, it can be overwhelming. there are very very busy days, and sometimes members can be over-demanding.
