Pros
When I was there, work from home was available and that was great.
Cons
Management changes often, they don't actually value their talent and will eventually stop working with you on accommodations if you have a disability. They talk about having a real "culture" that's built on support but when push comes to shove they'll let you go if you have a medical emergency that takes you out of the office for too long.
