Pros

Lots of work with little time.

Cons

Lots of work with little time. The culture seems to be friendly and a team work environment. However, when someone doesn’t follow the herd they are outcasted. Very disappointed with owners, Bob and Raj. They’re only priority is profit and not the people. No attention to the daily running of the business. Leadership ship team does not involve themselves with teams.

Some nice people work there. But I guess that is anywhere.

One lady is a literal evil person with zero people skills.

Pros

The US Biometrics department has intelligent, loyal and hard working people. There are some great teams that truly care. Good work-life balance and decent salaries.

Cons

The Chief Delivery Officer is a bully that basically runs the entire company. This person humiliates, belittles and disrespects employees daily. This person micromanages all aspects of the company and the CEO blatantly ignores her behavior, along with HR. The company loses money because of processes only she can manage. Nothing is documented and decisions are subject to change depending on her mood of the day. A lot of jobs are being moved offshore to save money but the quality of deliverables has suffered. The offshore teams are also not accountable and the turnover is very high.
