A lot of leads are not qualify to be leads (Team/Department/Business Unit) - Just because they have been with the company for so long doesn't mean that they can lead. Some just look out for themselves, will throw you under the bus. Some are willing to go above and beyond for their teams Need more structure - Team / Department / BU and grant the title and powers they deserve. People need to be accountable for their actions. No improvement plans - People are stuck and they have to learn by themselves

Health benefits are good, vision health dental and 401k. Cafeteria at the headquarters. yearly raises

The sales department is a glorified dumpster fire, the COO is blaming everyone for not trying there hardest and just keeps screaming at them to do more. turns a blind eye to harassment and only looks at if you help produce and if you kiss their you know what then they will keep you around.

They hired me when I was in dire need of a job. They kept me employed for 5 full years. They ensured my job safety.

Cons

Where do I start? 1. They don't treat their employees well, especially the ones in satellite offices. 2. They treat the office like a school yard, someone is checking what tie you walk in and what time you walk out, number of pee breaks, amount of water consumed etc., 3. Salary is paid in peanuts 4. They cut corners in almost everything.
