Always scared of the Teamleads who feel proud in Micromanaging their team members. Every weekly team meeting is like listening to "Hitler's Speech" Not so good in approving leaves."You will be penalized, punished are the words you would hear for permission towards personal leaves and sick leaves". Newly hired teamlead is extremely proud of the acquired position however lacks in basic people skills and shows negative attitude to team members. Partiality, comparision within the team members, humiliation in front of other teamleads and constant discouragement..

This is from the trainer admin: no trainer is to leave a practice on a training day prior to 5 PM. If anyone must leave for ANY reason prior to 5 PM you are to notify me by email. If I view a flight leaving early or a practice verifies you have left before 5 PM and I am not aware you will be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination. We have some very important groups at risk due to trainers not following procedure. Trainer general procedures will be changed to state no negotiations with the PM or the client will take place without your Team Lead first being informed!! One thing that is not said is that if one is forced to stay over and go home Saturday there is no compensation whatsoever.
