Pros

Job stability, they make all efforts possible to help with visa issues. Great during the coronavirus pandemic with allowing remote work (not sure how much of it was their choice though vs mandated).

Cons

Toxic, extremely stressful, Not flexible, need to book time off even with doctor’s appointments, no remote work, micromanagement is another level 🙄

Pros

Bonuses, Time Off, 401k matching, good insurance and location.

Cons

If you are not from India, or somehow related to one of the owners, you are treated very unfairly. There is definate favouritism and it is openly show by Management/Team Leads. Team Leads are allowed to have family members as direct reports, most of whom are their significant others. VERY, VERY, VERY unhealthy/toxic environment, where bullying occurs and often goes unnoticed.
