Good starting position. Good salary. Laid back company culture. It is what you make of it

It's a great place if you are a Beginner. Good place for a fresh college graduate to get acclimatized to a company culture. Family owned company, Family type culture. If you are hardworking and show interest you will get recognized (Not promoted). Build relations/network with interterms and be social and get to know a LOT of colleagues. Moving within departments internally at the company is a big bonus. I learned about a lot of things Training, integrations, product, implementation on how they operate and finally determined my calling was product.
