Phew.....!!! Thinking where to start. Okay, Very importantly company needs to understand how to treat employees, those people bring business to the company and dont get even a penny of what they deserve. Somebody needs to circulate work ethic rules in the company. Also, since when the promotion is started for the family members and not the deserving candidate. There are so many potential candidates in the company (in my opinion,they are wasting their talent and time)

Good health benifits lot to learn as healthcare domain is booming

Cons

Management treats you like slaves and has no respect for their employees. 80% of employees are on visa and are paid very low salary. Affects everyone else inside the company. zero job satisfaction. less turn around as 80% of employees are not us permanent residents, they are all working on visas and can not leave until they become us residents. No appreciation and recognition for your hard work. No work-life balance. Stay late with no overtime. Privately owned, they are the kings. Employees has no voice inside the company.

great benefits great 401k too they are willing to give anyone a chance for working for them if they think you have the abilities to do so

this company wants you to work for them 24 hrs ether at the office or at home even when you are out sick, they still want you to work. the company has no leadership each department does their own thing without any interdepartmental communication. also this company underpays its employees. this company is the worst company i have ever worked for
