-No employee sales training. People are talking about the product who have no expertise on it. - Team Leads are unfit to be in leadership positions. They are just there because of the time spent and comfort they cause other Team Leads. They are only concerned with holding a job, could care less about the customer/company. -Time management is impossible to handle. They expect you to take on the workload of multiple people. Customer satisfaction suffers greatly. -Can't retain good talent and what remains is what should leave
